NetLink’s sustainability report was prepared in accordance with the latest Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021 standards and applies the Reporting Principles as outlined in the standards. Building on our past reports which aligned with recommendations of the Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and in anticipation of the enhanced Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) sustainability reporting requirements, we have incorporated selected requirements of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards S2 (IFRS S2) and consequently applied selected climate-related provisions in IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards S1 (IFRS S1) into the report. We also adhere to the SGX-ST Listing Manual (Rules 711A and 711B) for our disclosures and report against the SGX 27 Core ESG Metrics.
